How to check, step by step

  1. Check on KFin Technologies. Open ipostatus.kfintech.com, pick Zetwerk Manufacturing Businesses Limited in the company list, choose PAN, or Application number, or Demat account (DP ID and Client ID), enter it, fill the captcha and submit.
  2. Check on BSE. Open BSE's Status of Issue Application, choose Equity, pick the issue name, then enter your application number or PAN.
  3. Check on NSE. Open NSE's Verify IPO Bid/Allotment Details page and search with the symbol, your PAN and application number.
  4. Check your bank or broker. If you got shares, the blocked amount is debited from your bank account and your broker app shows the IPO as allotted. If not, the UPI block is released.

Have your PAN or the application number from your bank or broker ready. The registrar, BSE and NSE show the same result; the registrar usually has it first.

Your chances

One lot is 99 shares (₹14,949 at ₹151). When the retail portion is oversubscribed, SEBI rules give each retail applicant who wins the lottery one lot, so one application per PAN at the cut-off price is what counts. When will Zetwerk IPO allotment status come out?

The allotment date is Wednesday, 21 October 2026. Results usually appear on the KFin Technologies site in the evening, and on BSE and NSE after that.

How many shares will I get?

One lot is 99 shares (₹14,949 at ₹151). If the retail portion is oversubscribed, allotment is by lottery and each lucky applicant gets one lot, so applying for more lots does not raise your chances.

I did not get shares. When is my money released?

The UPI block should be released by Thursday, 22 October 2026. If it is still blocked after that, contact your bank first, then KFin Technologies.

When will shares come to my demat account?

Shares are credited by Thursday, 22 October 2026 and the stock lists on Friday, 23 October 2026.

Why is Zetwerk not in the registrar's list yet?

The registrar adds the company only after the basis of allotment is final. Check again later on allotment day.
