Saifu publishes this under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025.

How to complain

Email the Grievance Officer with the subject "Grievance". Tell us the page address or post, what is wrong, and how to reach you. For a privacy request, write from the email you used with us or quote your reference number.

How long we take

• We acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours.
• We resolve complaints about content within 7 days.
• We remove content that is plainly unlawful within 36 hours of a valid complaint, and intimate images shared without consent within 2 hours.
• We answer requests about your personal data (access, correction, erasure, nomination) within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied

For personal data complaints, after our process you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India. For other matters you may approach the authority or court that has jurisdiction.
