Wiscon Industries is a Delhi-based company that trades and distributes consumer electronics such as LED televisions, air coolers, washing machines and air conditioners under its Wiscon brand. Its wholly owned subsidiary Dalmia Technologies makes LED televisions.

Money from the new shares will go into the subsidiary Dalmia Technologies for plant and machinery and working capital, and to the company for working capital, marketing and general corporate purposes. The promoter Sidhant Dalmia is also selling 10,78,200 shares.
