Saifu creator terms

This page explains how it works if you talk about Saifu to your audience. It is written in plain words. It is not a contract until you reply to our email saying "I agree to the Saifu creator terms, version 1.0" from the address you gave us. We keep that email as the record.

What Saifu is, and what we collect

Saifu is a free set of tools that show which credit card saves the most. There is no sign-up, no login, no cookies, no ads and no calls. We do not collect or store personal data about you, your followers or anyone who uses the site, and we do not track people across sites. The site only counts visits in total, with Cloudflare Web Analytics, as the privacy policy explains.

Cost

It costs you nothing to take part and nothing to stop. We do not charge creators and we do not ask for a deposit. Using the tools is free for your audience.

What you say

Say only what is true. Saifu shows what a card saves on a given order, after caps. Do not promise a saving, a rank, an approval or a credit score result.
Do not give investment, tax or personal financial advice, and do not say Saifu does.
Do not say you speak for a bank, a card issuer or Saifu. Do not use a bank's logo as if it endorsed you or us.
You decide what you post. We do not edit it, and we may ask you to correct something that is wrong.

Disclosure

If you get a commission, a free product or anything else of value for talking about Saifu, say so clearly in the post itself, for example "#ad" or "I earn a commission". Follow the advertising standards that apply to influencers in India. Saifu also labels its own affiliate links on the site.

Commission share

There is no commission by default. If we agree a share, we write the percentage and the link you will use in an email before you post. It is paid only on commission that an affiliate network has actually paid to Saifu for a purchase or approval that came through your link. We cannot pay on something the network has not paid us. If a network reverses a payment, we may deduct that amount from a later payout, or ask you to return it if no later payout is due. We pay within 30 days of the month in which the network pays us, once your share reaches ₹500. We may ask for an invoice or details needed for tax. You are responsible for your own tax.

How we count

We can only see what the affiliate network reports to us. We do not track your followers. If a network cannot tell links apart by creator, we will tell you before you post, and no share will apply to that network.

Ranking is never for sale

A creator arrangement never changes how Saifu ranks cards. The ranking uses savings only. See How we earn.

Your profile

If you want a page about you on Saifu, you send us the name, handle and short text you want shown. We publish only that, and only with your written yes. We remove it within 7 days of your request.

Stopping

Either of us can stop at any time by email. Stopping does not cancel a share already earned. We may stop at once if a post is misleading, breaks the law or harms Saifu or its users.

Other terms

You are not our employee, agent or partner, and you cannot sign anything for us.
There is no exclusivity. You can work with anyone else.
You keep the rights to your content. You let us share or quote your public post with credit to you.
Saifu is provided as it is, and we do not promise it is always available or error free. Our liability to you is limited to commission we owe you.
Indian law applies, and the courts of Bengaluru can hear a dispute that we cannot settle by email.
If we change these terms, we email you the new version. It applies to posts after you reply that you accept it.
