About BLS Polymers
BLS Polymers is a New Delhi-based maker of polymer compounds used to sheathe, jacket and insulate wires and cables for the power, telecom and railway sectors, and to coat underground oil, gas and water pipelines.
Rs 77.56 crore to expand its manufacturing facility and raise capacity for some existing products, Rs 89.5 crore for working capital, and the rest for general corporate purposes. The whole issue is new shares, with no offer for sale.
