About Bombay Coated and Special Steels
Bombay Coated and Special Steels, based in Mumbai, processes steel coils into slit coils, blanks and sheets for appliance makers and engineering companies, with plants at Wada and Bhiwandi in Maharashtra, Ghiloth in Rajasthan and Sri City in Andhra Pradesh.
The money will go to repaying or prepaying some borrowings, buying capital equipment the company now leases from Siemens Financial Services, and general corporate purposes. It is entirely a fresh issue with no offer for sale.
