About SFC Environmental Technologies

SFC Environmental Technologies, based in Navi Mumbai, provides technology and engineering for wastewater treatment, wastewater recycling and reuse, and solid waste treatment, and has commissioned 728 wastewater treatment installations.

Of the fresh issue money, Rs 42.2 crore goes to repaying debt and Rs 74.9 crore to working capital, with the rest for general corporate purposes. Existing shareholders, including the promoters, are also selling up to 1,56,82,750 shares through an offer for sale.
