Rose Valley refund: update Aadhaar and bank details by 15 November, last date to claim 30 November
Rose Valley depositors must update Aadhaar, mobile and bank details on the ADC website by 15 November 2026. New claims close on 30 November 2026.
If you or your family put money in a Rose Valley scheme, two dates matter now. The committee that is returning the money has asked every claimant to update their details by 15 November 2026, and it will stop taking new claims after 30 November 2026.
What the notice says
The Rose Valley Assets Disposal Committee (ADC) issued a notice dated 15 October 2026. SEBI published it on its website on 23 October 2026. It says:
- If you have already filed a claim: update your active mobile number that is linked to Aadhaar, upload your Aadhaar card and add the bank account linked to your Aadhaar. The refund will be paid into that account. Do this on www.rosevalleyadc.com between 15 October and 15 November 2026.
- If you have not filed a claim yet: upload your claim on the same website immediately. The last date is 30 November 2026.
The committee says the mobile number update lets it send regular SMS updates to depositors.
What the court ordered
The ADC was set up by the Calcutta High Court in 2015 to sell Rose Valley's attached properties and repay depositors. On 29 September 2026 a bench headed by Justice Rajarshi Bharadwaj said the committee had been too slow, as reported by PTI and The Telegraph.
- ₹550 crore by 15 November: the court ordered that the ₹550 crore in the depositors' account be paid out against 32,43,220 pending claims by 15 November 2026, according to PTI.
- Monthly reports: the committee has to report to the court every month, starting on 17 November 2026.
- Final deadline: the committee has until 28 February 2027 to sell the remaining properties. After that, its work moves to the Justice S P Talukdar Committee.
- Little paid so far: the court noted that only about ₹55 crore had been refunded out of assets of about ₹600 crore, as reported by The Telegraph.
The court's date is a deadline for the committee. It does not promise that every claimant will get money by 15 November. Payment depends on your claim being approved.
How to update your claim
- Go to www.rosevalleyadc.com. Type the address yourself. Do not use links sent on WhatsApp.
- Open your claim and update the mobile number that is linked to your Aadhaar.
- Upload your Aadhaar card.
- Enter the bank account linked to your Aadhaar. Check the account number and IFSC carefully.
- Save the page or take a screenshot after you submit.
Watch out for fraud
Do not pay anyone who offers to speed up your refund. Ignore calls, messages or agents who ask for money, OTPs or your Aadhaar details to "release" your Rose Valley money. Never share an OTP with anyone.
